What I can say about myself is that I am a dreamer, a very positive person who can make things happen.
My passion for cooking was born not too long ago. The idea of becoming a professional Chef started in 2013 while cruising the Mediterranean Sea. Shortly after I applied at The Cordon Bleu Paris and two years later I was back on my island.
Two years of different jobs at local restaurants and hotels taught me experience, but also my strong wish to start my own business.
In May 2018 I kicked my own bottom and BCPrivateChef had its crucial start: serving lunch to the former Director of the World Bank.
