Plates, glasses and linen appear on the terrace while you shower and change, or do not. The villa starts to smell of what is coming.

You sit down when you are ready. The food arrives together, every dish explained, and the coffee is poured or the wine is already open.

Plates come when the table is ready for them, not when a clock says so. A long story between courses is part of the plan.

Choose your experience, date, party size and villa on our booking form. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is charged.
- Step 2
See your proposal straight away
Your price appears the moment you send, every fee included, on your own booking page and by email.
- Step 3
Pay your 30% deposit to reserve your date
Dates are limited, and your date is reserved once the deposit is paid. We hold it for you for 48 hours after your proposal is sent.
- Step 4
Choose and perfect your menu
Once your deposit is in, dinner guests choose their menu online, course by course; breakfasts, brunches, lunches and BBQs are set menus. Chef Brandon's team helps you perfect every detail: upgrades, allergies and every dietary need.

Enjoy your evening
The team arrives, cooks, serves and leaves the kitchen spotless. Your final invoice for the balance comes 3 days before your event.
Meet the chef
I don't just cook. I host your table.
I am from here. I grew up on Curaçao, on the food people actually cook on this island, and I went to Paris to learn to cook at the level I had only ever eaten abroad. Le Cordon Bleu, 2014, the hard way. In 2018 I came home to do one thing: cook that food for people staying on my island, at their own table.
What I care about is not the plate on its own. It is whether you are still at the table long after the last plate, whether the kitchen looks untouched when we leave, and whether this is the meal your group is still talking about on the flight home. Tell me the allergies and the occasion. My team and I will handle the rest.
